As our 'most mature' member of staff, Rob has a past that is both rich and diverse. While studying design and graphics at college, a dalliance with Sinclair Spectrum home computers led to him becoming a full time arcade games developer.
After working in digital print and reprographics in the late eighties and early nineties Rob’s dreams finally came true with the launch of the Internet in the mid 1990s. He was instrumental in setting up Pilot Interactive where he worked with clients such as the BBC, Disney, HBOS and Nestle to name just a few.
In the last 10 years Rob’s received recognition for the work he’s delivered in the field of online learning producing innovative and award winning projects, which include a Children’s Bafta nomination in 2008 for a project with Manchester Art Galleries in the 'Learning Primary Category'.
When he’s not glued to a computer Rob can be found on a squash or badminton court trying desperately to stay fit and hang onto his youth.
