The Challenge
Tangerine has grown in recent years to become Europe’s largest sugar confectioner but it’s their branded products which are well known rather than their business. A new site was required that would appeal to multiple audiences ranging from corner sweet shops through to major multiples and at the same time be very consumer friendly.
Approach
Their portfolio had grown significantly since their original website was built which appeared to convey a small sweet manufacturer with a limited product range. We planned a new and comprehensive structure that would reflect the scale of the business and impress the target user as the scale, quality and personality of the business.
Having completed the foundation website, the plan is to now further enhance it with high impact content creating memorable experiences and encouraging viral activity
Results
The new site has received excellent feedback from all audiences and the business now has a powerful tool to use for marketing and promotions.
Achieveing a 6% uptake rate from email in such a competitive industry is no easy task.
