We run a business (or two) between us and we know what matters to fellow directors and owners of businesses – the bottom line and return on investment.
Back in the boom and bust days money was thrown at internet start-ups with no real business plan or guarantee of return on investment. Web entrepreneurs became paper millionaires overnight and shares in online business’ rocketed. Even though those days are behind us the internet still presents a massive opportunity for businesses in all sectors to thrive – providing everything is backed up by good business thinking. This is what we call e-commercial sense.
E-commercial sense is just what it suggests – applying a bit of common sense to what you do commercially online.
So how do we achieve this e-commercial sense? – simple. We review each piece of work as if it were being pitched to us – will it work, will it engage, will it drive customers, will it increase business and ultimately will it give me return on investment. If we can’t answer yes to all the above then we don’t pitch the idea. Call us traditional but we believe in doing business the right way – through giving our customers good old fashioned value for money and by putting ourselves in your shoes.
Achieveing a 6% uptake rate from email in such a competitive industry is no easy task.
